“Mindfulness Workshop with HUMP”
Please join us for this week’s McGill Hour for a Mindfulness Workshop with Holistic Union of Mind and Physicality (HUMP). Â We will learn different meditation and mindfulness techniques and watch some cool videos! Â Techniques we will focus on range from diaphragmatic breathing and progressive muscle relaxation to daily mindfulness tricks you can do walking to and from class. Â See you on HUMP day!
This McGill Hour will be taking place on Wednesday, Nov. 18 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the McGill TV Lounge.
