Connecting Students with Meaningful Employment Opportunities

òòò½Ö±²¥ Student Employment helps connect students with both on- and off-campus employers—from research labs and restaurants to youth sports programs. Our goal is to streamline the job search for students and simplify the hiring process for employers.

Student employment opportunities are designed to be flexible, helping students offset the cost of attendance while gaining valuable career experience.

For employers, hiring through òòò½Ö±²¥ Student Employment means access to a pool of talented, motivated students eager to contribute to your organization while completing their degrees. We work closely with the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships to support undergraduate, graduate, and professional students in finding meaningful work experiences within the òòò½Ö±²¥ and greater Nashville community.

A Commitment to Equity and Inclusion

òòò½Ö±²¥ Student Employment is committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, color, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, military service, or genetic information—in accordance with òòò½Ö±²¥â€™s nondiscrimination policy.

Referrals are a great way to find positions.Ìý Ask your friends if they know of openings where they work, ask professors, ask lab assistants, check the bulletin boards on campus.Ìý
